Funny. But with the right sprite you can make it more smooth :) try Flash (example) ;)

In the past many managers did active promo, but unfortunatly not anymore. So if a new group of managers is going to do this active promo again, who knows, maybe the game gets a lot of new managers. And new managers invite new managers, etc etc :)
