usually i would say, the laws are to protect rich people but in romania is an insane (but justified) hunting of rich people

mayor of bucharest is in jail
200 from 500 senators having problem with the law
richest romanian is in jail
almost all mayors having problems with the law
gheorghe popescu ex player to barcelona is in jail
everyday is a new case of corruption with arrest

and many many others


edit ex prime minister 2 times in jail
current prime minister in trouble

We are all in the hole. Here in Brazil even if is proved the politic is a corrupt and stole many millions he will never go to jail or back the money. The worse what can happen with those guys is house arrest with a lot of permissions to leave the house sometimes.

We had a president here for 8 years (2003 - 2010) from metallurgy unionist and today (5 years later) his son is the owned of the biggest cattle meat company of the country. Before his father become president he was a common worker, with no savings or nothing, its just funny, or not... :'(
