that's not very funny, but it's interesting about my point about perception.
do you know that the stats on corruption are based on perceived corruption?
so it happens that stats represent more what are told by media, than any real data. germans (and colonies like holland and austria) self perception is to be quite correct. Southern countries are told the opposite and end to believe it.
Then you look to who corrupted greek government and find germans..
the fact is that corruption is not measurable.. so it is often a political choice of the stronger to blame the weaker....
as it is always been.. who desn't remember "democracy exportation" by US, or "saving of russian people" by Putin?
