i dont get it

i meant that many ridiculous cases in the judge system of US, one that i know a weoman won a case vs a company that made washing machines , she puted a catin the washing amchine and she said that in the instruction there wasn't written taht u can't put an animal in it. So after some cases of that type they write in the instruction not to wash the animals in it ...

I didn't get it a first and I may still not get it. But if something is so dangerous that professionals need to put on protective suits, what the h*ll is that elderly casual guy doing in shorts and pink polo shirt, smiling like he had just putted a birdie at the golf course?! ;-D
