you cant resign with the old coach ;-)
select one of the new trainers.

take a look at the news:
"Trainers:
The new trainers' hiring system will be based on the following rules:
- Every team can employ only two trainers at the same time (two slots);
- In any training day the manager will receive a job application, by compatible trainers with the division of the team, for each free slot plus one;
- The trainer's salary request will be compatible with the maximum amount the trainer will be willing to pay and won’t be higher than a certain limit for the division;
- Every trainer will apply for a period of time between 6 and 36 weeks and his contract won’t be extendible;
- The manager will have the opportunity to hire or refuse the candidates;
- Any trainer can be dismissed in any moment by the manager, but he will have to pay the amount of the salaries residues until the end of his contract as penalty;
- The candidates will have technical skill compatible with the salary the manager wants to pay, but sometimes it could be possible to receive job applications from young trainers, looking to get experiences, who are better than expected;
- You won't find trainers with more than 3 skill higher then 15.

how do you determine the best position for a player in the youth academy?and does it make a difference in his progression if you chose a different position?

Also should I sack every player that get only 0.1 progression(that's what I'm doing)?

His best position is determined by the speed of his pops. The skills he pops fastest, are the mainskills of his preferred position

0.1 pops are crappy and sackworthy
2011-06-17 20:12:31
so what you're saying is that I should test the progression of a player in each skills?
