We should start the USC the week after with 12 teams only because there are not much teams, so this is the ranking on what we based the draw :

* There are 3 groups with 4 teams in each group similar of Copa America,
* We rank the teams addording on their score (because all teams are not in the same league),
* 1st/2nd/3rd teams in the level 1 ; 4rd/5th/6th in the level 2 ; 7th/8th/9th in the level 3 ; 10th/11th/12 in the level 4.

I see that 3 teams have mad a friendly next week, so we could wait untill the next week or we played with the present matchs and waiting the others to play their missed matchs, or we wait 2 others teams to join this friendly cup ??

if someone knows others teams who plays in sokker and ultimate he can invite him, only we need 2 teams..

but we still have the problems of the cup match, I don't know if we can play in the same time with the cup or we have to wait untill the end of the cup ??

as Timestop said we can play in friday and the cup played in Thursday, but i don't know really ??
