All I need now are two talented MIOs to pop out of my youth school to replace me oldies and I'm done with my team set up :)

I've got my team of oungsters ready. Oldest is now 22 and still training happily.

In 2 seasons, the next set of trainees needs to be found. By then, most of my players will be at least the equivalent of triple 20

Pff, all my new generation (not Cerek or Ceicu) came out of my youth - some call it cheap - I'll call it effective cost management :P

I've never bought any youngsters. Just had a youthsquad from the very beginning that produced quite some quality players

today I play with 6deffs + 2mid+1 mio +1 att . but I was not lucky with this tactic . but I really need this kind of defansive tactics . because I would be in A league for next season . there are a lot of best strikers :))
