You need 11 Players in your starting eleven, either by moving them per drag&drop from the left menu on the field or fielding them in the Standard Version.
Then you should be able to click the button 'New' and establish Conditional Orders.

That's what it should look like. If you see nothing, well don't know. Maybe you have to update Flash/Java? Or do you have Mac? Tried another Browser? Cleared the Cache of the browser?

Quality , i gave up on the game this season and decided to simply train players - I finished 3rd in the top league lol
Still think the game is extremely dodgy tho - All you need is 1 good striker and you seem to win very easily

how we can got 1 good striker ? I have 3 8kk but I can't buy :)
before 5 minute I would like to buy better striker but Spanish user ( davizcocho) bought it with 4kk
just give it a season or two =P teams will no longer be at the top just because they had a year head start compared to everyone else with minimal effort, leagues will sort themselves out to where the strongest managers will float to the top. only 2 of 8 A league teams made it out of the int cup round of 16 =P

stats wise im clueless as to how i lost and as to how the computer decided to set my team up lol , i set orders saved them , logged out the game , i logged in again checked the team and the team was fine , then after the cup game its self i had a totally different team that played the game lol
very strange indeed , but as i said im not interested in the game , i set out players and im just watching to see how the players train , i'll sell them on at some point
