Does that mean that i have to give for each junior training :

- 1st slot for pace / vision ?
- 2nd slot to try every week which skill could be trained better ?

i have 9 young player in my young school. they are the same as this player :)))

I give the 1st slot pace and the 2nd slot vision during the first 2 weeks, except when it becomes clear earlier.
For instance: when a player pops 0.1 in pace, I only check him as a defmid (tackle, vision and pass). These should pop 0.3 at least once in the first 2 weeks

i dont like defmid without pace.

i check every youthplayer in pace and an a-skill.
was pace bad talent he can go golfing.
if the first a-skill goes bad, i check another a-skill.
if its bad to he can go golfing.

i opend my school i think in november 2010,
only 9 players are in my school with talent better 0,2.
all the other (3 scouts!) are out with bad talent

you need trainer for senior team, minimum 12 for training skill, i prefer pace+def+att

you need upgrade your stadium, see me, its more important

Then you should train your defmid in pace when he is promoted. Training a player with supposed position defmid in junior school on pace is a waste of training!

i will build my Stadium , also i will buy traning who as you told me but first i must win you next week :)))

My stadium is about to be expanded up to 8000 seats.

3-0 victory today by the way. On track for promotion to the highest league

Victory 3-2, i was winning 3-0 but i am hitting some bug that changes to an awful tactic that i tried 4 games ago, even if i deleted the conditional order a long time ago.
