no, the players you sell to the UM Federation will reappear on the Transferlist. Of course the manager who sold them to the Federation will not receive any more money when the player is sold on the Transferlist

The issue is whether your priority is to train heading pace and passing?If it is than there is no reason to decline.

only the pace skill was important, cause the heading skill is worthless but passing skill is already high at my current trainer, so i declined him :)

Besides, just checked my training report. yesterday from 11 players trained poped 7 :) i hope next i'll see also some pops

i have 15 players and only 11 of them are ok,if i gave them 2 trenings a week would they pop beter or is the same thing?

Definitely better. It counts by number of trainings not by weeks (a much better system than the retarded HT-style play-and-train-each-week idea).
