I may reformulate my question af this morning :
I see today that i have to repair all my seats (i did it last time the same day). How long in days it takes to see my number of seats going down if i decided not to repair or fi i just forget to do the action ?
Btw, i have another question : I just noticed that i repaired a tribune twice thus it gives into the lign linked to the tribune a -444... Does it mean that when it will need to repair next time, i will not have to do this because of "money" already put in it ?

I knew that the economy will f*** this game in the ass. This repair introduction sucks hard, even if they add a 'repair all' button. Completely non-sense move, should've made sensible stadium prices from the beginning...it's all over now :)
it's all over now :)
it's more about sokker rather than UM :P

they should realy copy paste some finanses like in sokker :)
i dont see a problem with the system. stadium is really cheap to build and fills easily. weekly forced costs are low. maint costs arent that bad either (the current maint costs we see have accumulated over the past month), and the purpose is that paying some of the maint costs can be delayed so its like taking out a loan to buy yourself some trainees. stadium was crazy at first and its way better now than it was before the update
i think youre just being impatient forgetting it took us years to build our sokker teams wealth

we just dont like to pay referee :-DDDD
ok, show me your win in future revenge again :-D !

Lol you are exaggerating. Having the degraded thing is a strategic thing, especially for teams that have big stadiums and low number of spectators. You can choose to fix all degraded seats or fix just some. It is better to leave some degraded seats if you are not going to use them. For example, maybe a team that was good in the past and could get full spectators, now is downhill therefore he wont be getting all possible spectators. This option is very useful. The way sokker and many other games do it is unrealistic. Why pay maintenance for all seats if you are not using them?.
Also, in my opinion its still cheap, they should rise the repair costs to balance it out with the cheapness of building the stadium.
Still it was a good implementation that could be used strategically, and the only thing that it needs it is the "fix all" buttom, but still keeping the option to repair each section individually for the previous cases explained before.
Overall, it was a good implementation but its till too cheap, it should be more expensive. :)

You got the idea right. that is the purpose of this implementation ( from what admin told me). Because now we can see on what stands how huge was the attendance, so having this figure, you may choose what stands to repair.

Because that's the way it works in real world. You think that at Santiago Bernabeu, before game with some weak team they think "Ok, let's not clean and repair 5k benches, there won't be enough people anyway to fill whole stadium so why bother"? No, they repair and clean each and every bench and seat :)
Imho they should've undone all stadiums in the game, gave back the money that people spent on their stadiums and raise the prices. It's totally unrealistic that I'm playing only about one season and already have 44k stadium, very good coach and no problems with dealing with repairs of the stadium...

I don't play long enough to have very good players, but it's a matter of time - like in every game...
In sokker it was different. It was hard to build the stadium, especially at the beginning. In general UM seems nice, but much too easy...

Stadium question.
In Italy we are discussing this kind of bug.
I play a friendly match at my stadium.
Home income: 50k
Away income: 50K
I am the Home, I should pay 30k for repair my stadium, so..
Home income: 20k
Away income: 50k
Whaaaat????
