I have just bought this GK. he cost me 1 150 000 UM$ . R or B ?

ive given up keeping an eye on things buddy

this new implementation is just a complete waste of time - we need a repair all option as i simply cant be bothered clicking like a maniac 2 times a week to "repair" my stadium lol

My point was that everything other than winning is easy. Stadium - 50k in first season after joining the game? no problem. youth school - no problem. top class coach - no problem. And it is bad. If building another 5k of stadium is nothing special then it doesn't give you pleasure. When it's hard to achieve something - you feel good after you reach it. When it's easy and everyone can do it - what's the point?

I agree the stadium shouldnt have been this cheap and that some things shouldnt be that easy. But the game is working well and this makes us all focus more on the tactics. I think that in the long term, those managers who end up having the best tactical skills will be the best.

Most games focus more on the economic aspects, UM focus more on the tactical one (still developing of course).

This is my point of view.

Not an "R" not a "B" either. I think thats the correct price for him (due to his age and skills), but I might be wrong.

The seats decay will be calculate sector by sector and will grow for each match played at home (official and friendly matches) :

Decay Level = Number of seats of the sector * 1/36

As soon as the decay level will reach the 50% of the total seats of the sector, the usable seats will start decreasing

so unless im mistaken, you dont have to 'click like a maniac 2 times a week', as you can wait until the decay is half of the total section before u lose capacity. meaning waiting til 18/36 or 18 home games, a long time. tho if u did this you may accidentally pile on debt if you werent paying attention

look at covered behind goal bi-weekly cost for example:
+$5 of ticket income
$0.8*2weeks = -$1.6 bi-weekly expense
$9.9*(1/36 seats) = -$0.275 degrade expense

the degrade expense is quite low, ticket income still very positive. it just brings me back to my theory that it pains people to physically click to pay the expense vs have it happen automatically. i think there should not only be a 'repair all' button, but also the option to have it paid automatically every wednesday if you dont want to delay your maint payment

They would be worth a lot if they were young, but they are 27 yo.

and how is that different for the maintenance costs of sokker and other games that you were against? ;-)

Because then you can set the option to automatically do it weekly or to do it manually (each section), in case you dont want to repair some seats.

yeah, I bet many people will decide not to repair the seats when they are going to lose the places after some weeks. :)

I won't repair the seats until they decrease by a lot.I'll wait maybe 2 months.
