1) Go to the option in your team's main page with the tools image at the left (adjusments?), there you'll find the option at the bottom.

2) You gotta wait trainers to come to you, you'll get new trainers proposals every monday and thursday.

3) Because there aren't enough teams from England to have it's own league so all the new english users go to the international league. This league has teams from all those countries that don't have enough users.

2) click on training on the left and subsequently on trainers (top right). You'll find 3 proposals there if I'm not wrong. Watch out for the salaries, cause trainers are not cheap
