Would be great if we could play 11vs11 on a "real football" map (not sure exactly what they are called). Unfortunately it would probably lag too much.

I think 11vs11 would be quite boring since you can't participate in the action most of the time.

Maybe, but it's nice to try out a big scale teamwork. I think I've played 6-7 on a team once and it was actually quite fun, even if I maybe had the ball 2-3 times during the game.
