fuk, its hard to do like that :P

P(C/D) = 1-P(C´/D)

basically A shows what percent is not covered and B should show what percent is free of that not covered area. Thats why its different.

am i really lost or not?:p

I checked answers after working it out because I'm just solidifying my knowledge on the subject. But anyway, my stats book has been lobbed in a corner.

And I understand the difference between (D/C) and (D'/C), but not (CnD') and (D'/C) :P

Example A.

You get C that is the free space there.

Example B. You dont get C again, you get what is free of C. Thats why they are different things.
Now you gotta calculate C´ out of it to get everything that isnt D.

Seems like that to me.
