Most probably a psychotic disorder. I work with people who suffer from these disorders and many had at some point god or jesus delusions. For some reason this is common subject.

If I had to guess, I would say schizoaffective disorder; Schizophrenia (changes in behavior and other symptoms such as delusions and hallucinations) in combination with a mood disorder, such as depression or bipolar disorder.

This would also expain the periodes in between when nothing is posted.

Who wants? but it doesn't sound insane when you think about all restrictions they are testing (for example pay card not cash or support big corporations dominate market or now with all this COVID19 situation). All that means more central control, one click away. They need a big crise and people will embrace this ideas gradually. (just look what happened now, in this very year)
For me it isn't normal to have a limit on cash withdraws as long as my money can be tracked untill this operation. What is the problem? They think I will invest in the black market? That's nonsense, loosing control concerns them most.

No need to say that google already knows everything about you: where you are, what persons are near you, what kind of situations you hate or you prefer, what music do you like, what places you intend to go in the near future. CIA and KGB are small kids compared to google because everything you do you have to consult with google first.

the key point is that citizens should always be in the condition of decide it.

I also thought trolling at first. But people with this mental health disorder (trolling is an antisocial personality disorder) often show traits of psychopathy, narcissism, sadism, and dysfunctional impulsivity (eg. impaired or lack of empathy and remorse, and bold, disinhibited, and egotistical traits). They get their fun and pleasure out of other people's discomfort, sadness and pain. Another characteristic of trolls is provoking others. This is something he does often try, but rarely successful.

He does show antisocial behaviour, but he is absolutely not the typical troll.

Looking at all the definitions of trolls and trolling, he doesn't fit that group of people. But ofcourse I could be wrong.
