u see, u can get 4 permutations from that matrix:

13,24,31,42
13,24,32,41
14,23,31,42
14,23,32,41

first is a paired permutation, because inversion is 4, so we get 1*6*6*1=36
second impaired, because inversion is 5, so we get (-1)*1*6*5*2= -60
third impaired = (-1)*5*2*6*1 = -60
fourth paired = 5*2*5*2 = 100

so D= 36-60-60+100= 16 fuck yeah.
