shit, i was supposed to do my workout 2 hours ago but now i´ve just spent it talkin to random strangers in internet :S
what a strange workout, normally it's done on gym and not in front on pc.

i have home gym, i always work out 22.00-00.00, after that one meal and then off to sleep, works best.

nice stuff a home gym, I though about having one but in the end I did a subscrition to a public one, so I can also do capoeira and boxing. normally training takes me 2h-2h30min every day, week end excluded.

well you can do the back of your legs in there too but its kinda weird and too small for me, i dont do it in there, i just use 2x3kg put-on weights and go jogging, thats enough for me:p
no i dont practice any martial arts, yet. maybe in the future tho, i like K-1 and other stand-up combats:P

yes, kick boxing rox in general. maybe i'll start training krav maga soon, it's more hmm... useful, i guess.

i only run, without weights. and isn't it harmful for your joints? especially for your knees?

to learn basic krav maga things an entire course is not needed, every MMA coach can show it in a couple of days. it's not a training by itself, just some techniques useful to know, at least you're not training in special force units. doing kickboxing is a better way to enhance your physical performance, I wouldn't hesitate to choose it.
