in case of big manifestation, the problem is to turn the target of medias from content (what people are asking for) to violence.

It has 2 advantages:
-stop the talk about things and start about violence
-marginalize and keep isolated protesters from the mass of people (thinking they are dangerous exstremists)

but you cannot expect you can surround the parliament
