To be more precise, it's like defining honesty as always telling the truth which includes betrayal.

Oh, then I agree, it is similar. (But the betrayal itself - if a lie was involved - was not honest of course. But telling about it, is.)

why?

Well, if you don't know what a moral principle is and if you can't recognize one, you're making this discussion very hard, especially if you claim that others use moral principles.

When I say I want X, I want X because I think it is useful for myself.
No other reason.
I don't seach, don't know, don't recognize, don't care about ..
any fairness or moral principles to find out what I want.

You're showing to be a true Machiavelli here.
2013-03-06 16:35:12
Mmmmhh, I don't understand..
is this something bad?
2013-03-06 16:38:19
is this something bad?

If you're Machiavelli, no. It's only bad for the other people and why would anyone care about other people? :P

Well, I think things like moral principles and Machiavelli are basic knowledge. If you lack that, maybe you should consider studying some months / years before going into political discussions.

this is superficial.
I care about them as I need them to be happy.

maccchiavelli is the most misunderstood genius of politic history.
But believe me: you will not find a lot of economists who disagree with the idea that free trade increases wealth for the participating nations.

you are mistaking free trade with trade with: communist countries, dictatorship countries etc. Trade with this countries dosent give more efficience because these are not countriess working with free trade in their own. I know you dont understand this because you dont have any idea of economics ( your style : P ) try working as an economist before being so arrogant : P

And once again, my point is proven. Thanks! (Although you probably don't realize it yourself.)

What i realize is that my point of view about low quality products is not shared by the most of population, so it dosent prove anything. But hey , here it comes The Arrogance again ; )

What can I say to someone (Manhill) who claims the science I'm studying doesn't reflect reality?

I claimed, that economical models are most of the time too simple to reflect the reality. If what you're studying is limited to that, I have really bad news for you. :P
But I'm pretty sure, you know some mechanism I haven't heared of yet.

My warning to Britain: Why the left-wing mayor of German town wants you to see what happened when Romanian migrants moved in

There is a reason why I was against the EU expansion to the east in 2004 and 2007. This is a predictable outcome of the Union's policy. When differences in member's wealth and member's welfare state are too big, a union like the EU will always cause this.
So? This is actually a good thing. What do you want? That we feel sorry for the wealthy and educated Europeans with choices? I am glad that the poor and the uneducated have gotten this opportunity with the EU. Yes, it's not nice looking at them when you're wealthy and educated. But the reasonable thing to do is to be thankful that you're in a position to remain polite and not in a position to steal like the Roma people are. Anyway, the lady from the article living next to them is even reasonably not blaming the Roma people but the lack of infrastructure to support their integration into the society. EU government should make the necessary infrastructure and problem solved. That's their main task after all.
I'm not blaming them to come to Germany and the other Western welfare states. That's pretty logical.

I'm blaming the EU for letting those countries in the EU. Look, principally, I'm in favor of complete free movement of people within the EU. That's not possible though as long as there are developed welfare states and states like Romania and Bulgaria (no offence) within the EU.

And no, the EU government should not make infrastructure. Why should I pay for the integration of other people? We should abolish the welfare state.
