I'm not blaming them to come to Germany and the other Western welfare states. That's pretty logical.

I'm blaming the EU for letting those countries in the EU. Look, principally, I'm in favor of complete free movement of people within the EU. That's not possible though as long as there are developed welfare states and states like Romania and Bulgaria (no offence) within the EU.

And no, the EU government should not make infrastructure. Why should I pay for the integration of other people? We should abolish the welfare state.

The main purpose of having a state gets realised through characteristics of a welfare state. An intelligent society takes care of its less fortunate members regardless of whether they're ill, uneducated, poor, hungry, homeless, attacked by someone, cheated by someone, have a burning house etc. etc. etc. What's the point of having a state if it doesn't do primarily that? That's what having the state is all about: social security. And it's equally useful for the fortunate members as well because it creates an atmosphere of basic security for all. It is an ideal way to prevent the less fortunate members from taking matters into their own hands and make desperate actions such as turning to crime in this example.

I think that Romanian or Bulgarian gypsies are still much less problem than moslims who moved there doesnt matter EU.

I am sorry, I just meant it as joke. I know that working gypsies exist and its for them much more harder to find job not only because social background but also because racism of white majority. I even think that gypsies as race proved quality in past, for example they never largely collaborated with some totalist regime or ideology.

On the other hand, when someone calls that its just poor Romanians and Bulgarians its just closing eyes. Absolute majority of them are gypsies who do not want work but want money.

Money, but everything has limits. I have also claims on social welfare in my country which I do not use . I would be definately bored If I would have free time for 24 hours. Hard to tell what is nature of man. The world would definately looks different if would everybody getting what he needs without work.
