Not a good perspective. I 1st thought also that it wasnt a penalty, but the player from Ivory Coast does get Samaras foot and than he falls alone. So you could say that he "help" him to fall down alone. Its really difficult to say whether it was or it wasn't.

no, actually it`s not normal...the rules say that if a player insults another one, he may receive a yellow/red card...and yes, you can see in almost every match insults, but its not normal...i wouldn`t tolerate it if i were a ref, football it`s about respect, not behaving yourself like a thug

if something happens very often then it IS normal by definition
