FIFA did not suspend Suarez for biting Ivanovic, the FA did.
FIFA did not suspend Suarez for biting Bakal, the Dutch Association did.

One was Song hitting Mandzukic from the back...he got a red card + 3 match ban

what Suarez did was worse and he didn't get red on the pitch, also it is his THIRD biting...so he will get a bigger punishment

for this weak punch (the Sunderland player barely felt it) Ramires got 4 match ban

This happened because Ramires is not English! :)))

I already explained that Balanta did not WANT to hurt the opposing player, he was trying to block the player with his hand and by accident hit him with elbow

if they didn't like foreigners and would want to ban them, why would they bring them to the league? :D

and they ban English players as well. Wilshere was banned for 2 or 3 games just because he made an offensive gesture in a match against Man City.
