Waiting didn't work for the Netherlands this time - México was the better side and got its reward.
However, Netherlands is full-forward since then, and México is having problems holding on...

The reff is a bit coward, though: if you see a penalty, call it, and if you think he dived, book him. But there's no way he fell by accident :P

that sucks about refs...they should give yellows for diving, sometimes they do, but 90% of times they don't book clear dives

it makes no sense. either you always book diving, or never.

same with van Persie getting 2nd yellow [=red] against Barcelona, when he kicked the ball after the whistle
players do it all the time and almost never get card for that...

Yes, same with blocking free kicks: sometimes it's nothing, sometimes it's yellow for not keeping the distance, sometimes it's yellow for the guy taking the freekick for not waiting for the whistle :P

Interesting 15 minutes to go. Van Persie out, but with México under siege Huntelaar seems a reasonable choice.

There are 2 things I don't like about Robben:
- his finishing skill
- the amount of time he spends on the floor

for that time was good but last minutes mexico is like dead !!!

i bet in start of match to over 2.5 goals and thought i will lose but 93 min is money minute :)

i didn't expect Mexico's 80th min.- 94th min death , i know they have good health ability but Dutch executed them ...

now i have to consider Holland's maybe in Final !!! strong team !!!

Robben was fouled 3 times [twice in one action] for a penalty...1 is the least the ref could give :p

Yeah. Although he has the fastest left foot in last 20 years of football.

Everyone knows what he will do - he always does the same...but they still can't stop him.

haven't seen well but that looks like another dive by Robben...

It was not completely a penalty, I think. Semi-dive, semi-fault.

The Dutch deserved a penalty in the first half, though. I think it's a fair victory, Mexico was not very impressive.
