You can call it as you want, I just hope this anti-football isn't getting into the next round. Only 1 team played football this evening and only 1 team deserves to win.
Inter won a triplete in this way, Chelsea won a Champions and so on.

Costa Rica is obviously playing the perfect match. Sure, they almost conceded a goal several times, but that's the best they can do. They maximized their chances of success beyond any doubt.
Is Netherlands doing their best as well? I don't know, it could be. But either way it's clear that Costa Rica has no reason to do anything differently from what they've done so far.
