Ned-Mex? He should have had 2 penalties that match. And also yesterday he got kicked many times with way to less yellow cards for Costa Rican players.
Still he dived 3 times more than there were actual fouls and the Russian ref always picked his side :) I'd love to see a compilation of all the 'fouls' on him and then see how many of them are real :)
expected game, but why the fuck would you play 5 defs against such team Oo
On paper 5 defs, but Kuijt and Blind played as (att) mids most of the match and Depay as forward. So it was often a 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 instead of a 5-3-2.

All forwards are diving, yesterday those few times Costa Rica attacked the forwards also dived. It is ruining football, but as long as rules are as they are and swalbes aren't punished hard (with Hawk Eye system) it won't change and players are almost crazy not to dive because others will (southern mentality is even worse!). Stay on your feet and mis a goal is apparently worse as cheating.

Maybe, I was a supporter for Mexico (Chicharito & Dos Santos) & Belgium (logic)
I think Yesterday Vlaar made 2 times the same Faults like the mexican made on Robben

You can be supporter of a team but still look at situation neutral and not anti-robben because of the stupid media.
True, but even from a neutral point of view and knowing a lot of diving goes on in the sport, you can't deny Robben is in the top 10 of divers, alongside players like Busquets, ...
On the matter of Robben, I still don't know how on earth he is so good. Imo his only weapon is his pace. Because 9/10 he goes to his left food, cuts into the pitch and then drills it to the far post :p

that's what Italy and Uruguay thought

that's the problem, he is fast with the ball and has great balance
is Messi amazing? no...he is extremely fast and changes direction with the ball faster than anyone else and that's why he is so hard to stop...

Don't know if he is at the top, I think he is the one who is attacked the most by the (jealous) media and footballfans when he does it.
I still don't know how on earth he is so good
A few years ago some specialists have looked at videos of Robben and they found out he makes his moves and turns and then shoot/pass so quickly, opponents simply don't have the time to react. So it is physics. Like a keeper can't stop a low shot penatly if he doesn't move before the ball is shot, he will always be a few tenth of seconds too late, but after moving he can't move the other way anymore in time. The same with Robben.

They made faults on Robben, but he always exaggerate his diving !
He could deserve an oscar !

Yesterday, he only escaped once with his speed, and there was no one around anyway (when Curtuois stopped his chance). The rest of the match he dribbled in short distances with the ball in his foot and assisted other players (like at the beginning of Higuaín's goal, or the assist to Di Maria, when the latter got injured).
He usually plays in a different style, but during the first half of yesterday's match it was like watching Maradona again.

I'm not saying that he is normal, I'm saying that he isn't magical or superhuman
his dribbling is based exactly on what Robben does...'just speed'...:p
high pace + keeping the ball close to his feet + great body balance which allows to sudden changes of direction
that's all it takes...and most of the times defenders know where Messi will run, just like with Robben who 'always goes left'...but it doesn't mean that they can stop him :p

well, by definition :P
I get you're point, and it is true. But I also gave examples when he dribbled in slow motion :P
But of course, in any case all dribbling is just a particular combination of movement, timing, and gambling.
