Yeah, i would at least want to try hanging out there, playing and sorting the player cards while communicating with people directly at the same time to the right =)

Absolutely it does, but it seems that they also use colours.

I would play, for sure, a game with that design. Simple and easy to use.

Keep the idea and the project in mind...

- Design concept post removed since there seems to be some interest for this concept now, received some SK-Mails, lets see what happens ;)

Maybe you guys should start making Sokker 2. A game that will give the same kind of feeling you get from Sokker but a little bit more modern looks (and update slowly to 2016) and ofcourse without the frustrating parts, like match delay, lack of DEV communication, really poor graphics on a number of pages, illogical menu lay out (for example an import part like Tactic editor hidden in right corner of Training page ...), lack of tutorial, lack of an ingame help programs like SO and SV (oSokker + more), etc

This in case Sokker will end because DEVs do nothing to solve Sokker problems or pull the plug some day. Before that happens we can all switch and start playing Sokker 2 ;)

Perhaps before also create one forum environment. Just in case.

And copy all name (teams and players) data bases, that would save a lot of time ;)


I have no idea how easy it is to buy and implement 3d models into a game like Sokker. But maybe buying stuff could save a lot of work.

yeah, that would be possible, to create Sokker 2.0, and its kind of a dream. Because i wonder sometimes what could happen if they pull the plug. Our community, the international and national would be gone.
But it demands a lot of dedication and free time, i gave it a try once, but it was difficult to find a coders that deliver and can promise working hours. And one coder is not enough, u need database guy, front-end and back-end programmers, and 3d game engine implementation and so on. Today, unity engine is the best, but it also demand a lot of work.

I got personal sk mails about this subject, and the latest design concept that i created, but i gave same answer to them.

Unfortunately I don't have time to learn something like unity engine, would have loved to in the past when I did have enough free time :) And more unfortunate you can't find all the people you need to make the game :/

PS. With some program changes also easy to make a female football manager game, and ofcourse other (field) sports like field hockey, indoor/beach football, Lacrosse (?), etc. 1 website with a number of games to play with 1 account = more active users ;)

Just saw the post never spend much time on freestyle forum :) so lets present my self
42 years old working as backend developer currently located in Montreal
working php, python,MySQL, PostgreSQL
familiar wit ZEND Fframework, PHPCake, Dajngo CMS and Magento
more than 10 years in that field before that worked as delphi programmer
like to develop sites have some frontend skills but not my favourite :)
