RT video is not just most probably kremlin propaganda, RT News is the Kremlin's propaganda for foreigners, that is it's only purpose.
The 'most probably' part is because I haven't watched video so I don't know the content for sure. 99,9% chance it is propaganda crap because it is rt, and posted by rumpil so that makes it 99.9999% chance it is total propaganda crap.
you dont need to speak russian cos there is just ukraine flag along with fascist flag of right sector and people are just seeking civilians hiding and not willing to fight for western interests. What they do with them you can see in video.

Ofcourse language is important to understand a video, I assume you aren't a little kid who makes up his own story while watching moving pictures on tv ............ oh wait, you make up your own stories constantly.
The only thing you can say for sure is that you see Ukrainian flags and fascist flags in 1 place, that proves absolutely nothing other then a group of people at the same place at the same time with different flags. The rest is your own made up story and your own (wrong) assumptions and even lies, like almost all your posts.
