In Italy, we've just discovered a new online game: At War.
A mix of Risiko and Civilization.

I actually would be, if you could ship me some time (or tell me where to buy some).

it would help if they give some short explanation on what it's about and how it works (turn based, real time, ...)

There's a fast tutorial, where you can undertand really well the time you need for it.
In my opinion is a good game to play together, but a bit boring to play alone.

It's a turn based, there's a moment where everyone make their own choice, decisions, troups and movement, and a moment where war happens, then again.
Everyone play each turn, it's different by risiko, where a single player plays its own turn.

Could be fun with 19 people but when the game ends it starts all over? Such type of game is pretty weird to see being played in browser directly. Then again, why not. Not my cup of tea tho, a bit slow for my taste :)
