Is the training in the game really so slow? I can't see my players improving at all

also I got the plus for some game points...and it sucks, especially the training graphs, I can't read any info from them, they just show me current week

it's faster than in sokker. you can see the trainingpoints in trainingpage and you can change the distribution there.

Yeah, I see the training points, but I don't see improvement in skills...

For 1000 points under the potential you get a skillraise... Probably 3 weeks for a skill trained at max (50 procent of trainingpoints)

Then my players are not training properly...maybe because of bad coaches, I don't know...my 18yo youth with potential 20 gets ~80 points of training at each training. I train him properly since december/january.

His training setting: (he is a DR)

marking 9%
positioning 9%
tackling 13%
pace 12%

15% position training

and some for crossing etc.

so far he got ~500 training points in tackling, ~480 in pace and ~350 in positioning, marking

I train mostly 50 % on 1 skill, 40 % on another and 10 % position.. Then it goes faster and it's more fun. Work first on his defending for example, then on his pace, ... 80 points / training is indeed not massive... Keep upgrading your trainingground and keep investing in trainers if you can.

as for training ground, I'm 260k in debt...and can't do nothing about it, because I can't sack players/coaches...

In theory it has the same effect if you divide the trainingpoints, but you will get less raises in the beginning...

I don't know about training in position, but I don't really care and go for the minimum in positiontraining.
If an MC has 20 on position MC for example all skills will be raised 10% in matches, so he will perform better. (10 is 5% extra then...)

For the debts : maybe you can sell a couple of good youth or put the emphasis with the staff on just one part (training youth, training seniors, youthschool, ...)

yeah, the problem with stuff is I can't sack them...because I sacked many players in the beginning and reached the limit...after reaching the limit you have to wait 12 weeks to sack anyone...so I'm waiting :/

Just close the youth academy, it isnt worth keeping it open in the first 2 seasons, its too expensive. Its when you have better income and better u19 trainers, that you can start considering opening it.

Too late for that...especially since I still can't sack the academy scouts etc....

it's 11th week of season and I still can't sack anyone. the message says I will be able to sack players/staff after 12 weeks from reaching limit...I'm 90% sure I reached the limit 2-3 weeks before start of this season...
