the only thing that matters for British is immigration, it's understandable but also stupid, all that race thing

I see it like cristian76, Brexit supporters are afraid of immigration combined with terror.

Anyways, if GB would leave the EU, more than 300 football players would lose their jobs in their team because of their origin.

Immigration is still possible because of the green border to Ireland that will remain in the EU.
A Brexit would be nasty. But concerning the EU I'm very doubtful. Someone said: the europeans wanted a european community and what they got is bureaucracy. The EU is - besides a few good aspects - an imperialistic and bureaucratic monster that spents billions of Euros for nothing. But I also think that - in case it's possible at all - Great Britain is necessary to reform the EU.

still, most of the EU laws make sense.
I won't claim to know them all, but working in food business, I'm glad we have 1 set of rules for all these countries on how to label foods, declare allergens, origin-protected-named foods, maximum levels on heavy metals and bacteria, ...
I guess people in other branches of industry will also have similar feelings when it comes to EU laws.

on a side note: god, the shit I've been reading from pro-brexit guys on facebook ... comparing UK with Switzerland and shit like that (hey, they are 2nd wealthiest country, we'll become much wealthier too if we leave ...). And more of such crap.

In Italy we have a better legislation about food, and we should discuss it with (barbarian) people that know nothing about and... FIND A DEAL with them.
This shows how the goal of according every country to a simple set of rules has different results over different country:
you got advantages? we got a lower standard and can't improve it to our level..
(and we end eating north-europe meat produced with inacceptable medical-drug standards or to import low priced olive oil from spain where they can give chemicals to trees that in Italy are seen as criminal)

The amount of next-to-the-point of bullshit and sheer lies in one post :o

First of all: European requirements on food are a minimum requirement. Nothing says a country cannot be more strict. Oh by the way, Italy isn't more strict.

Secondly: if the imported stuff is so bad, why do people buy it? Why do Italian companies import it? Blame them instead of the EU. And if you really believe companies in the EU nowadays can still work with 'inacceptable drug standards' and dangerous chemicals ...

Also, I'd gladly see any evidence of your arguments. And stuff from propaganda sites does not count.

LOL, you can't make state rules that ban some product made in EU.

Italy WAS more strict (BTW for what? maybe not for angus meat or potatoes... in other things maybe..)

if the imported stuff is so bad, why do people buy it?

Because it cost less and not all is tracked to the consumer..
I'll tell you a secret: market fail!

Why do Italian companies import it? Blame them instead of the EU.

Blame?
I'm exploiting the cause and effect relationship

And if you really believe companies in the EU nowadays can still work with 'inacceptable drug standards' and dangerous chemicals

I do. 'Inacceptable' are not in any way related to the concept of legally compliant
2016-06-23 15:45:48
Let me guess, you also believe in chemtrails and cell phone health threatening radiation ...
2016-06-23 19:15:07
when there are no more arguments.. you start discussing about... me?
why?

anyway: No.
2016-06-23 19:24:07
I'm still waiting for evidence of your arguments ...

2016-06-23 21:37:52
Nope, still no evidence according to me.
2016-06-23 21:51:45
do you want me to make a study of legal comparation between european country before and after EU regulamentar activity.. in a particular food sector...
in sokker forum?

for real?
2016-06-23 21:56:48
yes, i'm also interested !
