Democracy Brexit still in UE

"Brexit" referendum result is not binding by law (as oppose to the publishing of constitutional tribunals verdict by Beata Szydlo PiS gov. in Poland), The referendum is just a very loud opinion of the people, who are quite divided on the issiue (52%-48%) still the government decides what is best for the country (they have been chosen by the people also, to represent them and they are in office)

Democracy it is not a dictatorship of the (difference) 2%/3% of people as some might convince you, its a system based on the notion that everyone has their say, and is participating. Democracy is also a consensus of choosing representatives who decide for you. Firstly representatives are chosen, secondly the decide on the peoples will... it is possible to decide against "the people" in a democracy.
The notion of the rule of majory in the sense many imply is more likely to happen in a utopian communist system.

If Cameron doesn't resign from EU with the art.50 soon.. he may leave it for his successor to do, who might not necessarily be Borys or Teresa. (the main pro (br)exiters) and even if they are, they might not be too keen on taking on the burden od the repercussion (by now obviously negative) left by Cameron. (Borys already said - that there is no need to rush with the art.50) will they try to put their heads in the sand? as most likely the person nominated will last only until 2020, when most likely Labour will win (and who knows what they might do)

Borys or Teresa seem to be the most likely options at the moment - now, but who knows what will happen in about 3 months...? UK government (although unlikely) might still change direction within the next "2 years" in which they are obliged to file for an exit, for example a second referendum might be held, in a half, or one and half years time...

All this just seems to be a expensive shot in foot by the Conservatives, were everyone pays the price. And Britain still might not leave at the end, as In the Government and in house of commons the "brexiters" and in a minority, that may have just over half on the public vote but they are still in a minorty, for example Nigel Farage however happy he may be, is still irrelevant to the actual process, if and when it is started.

old (nov 2015) but interesting:
Who should replace David Cameron as the next Conservative leader?

Interesting to see how this collapsing economy can coexist with 10-year government borrowing costs sinking below 1 percent ...

That downgrade from a triple A to a double A for Britain has a lot more implications than meets the eye.
