God and satan can't live together

God loves everybody, so I guess he loves Satan too and would like to live with him.
But Satan is an awful roommate I think. Probably leaves the dishes unwashed, likes to burn stuff around the apartment and I guess the apartments smells like sulfur

That is why I prefer to live with Jesus and have have my apartmentsfilled with the smell of incense

Here you go, not everyone agrees your god said the same thing, so there are a 'few' different versions of that book. Or read them all, then you can choose who you want to believe .... free interpretation, the best thing about religious people, I mean worst thing ofcourse.
