Great game. Could have gone either way but I think Italy was slightly better.
Belgium showed not enough eager to win the game. That was the key tonight. I'm confident that Italy will win the EC. no other team still in the cup has the combination of the work ethics and the skill that Italy has. Congratz to Italy!
2-0 already, easy win for Denmark.

Still to be seen how they do with an actual opponent. Besides Germany who wasn't really on level, I have not seen anyone really testing them. It will be interesting to see how they cope when their defense gets pressured by the likes of Maehle ...
As mentioned before, they are a great bunch, but to me not enough a team yet. Though if they want to claim the title, they have a golden opportunity this EC

Hopefully the Czechs will beat Denmark. They made an extraordinary match against the Netherlands. Great team.
Sometimes a team is really good, sometimes it looks better as it is because the other team is so weak. In the Dutch vs Czechs case, we all saw how 'good' the Dutch team was.
What all teams have shown that have less talented players (for as far as this is true, all are playing this Euro 2021), really playing to win is way more important!

but how can you not support the Netherlands. The fans are already special. Always extremely friendly and funny. I like to remember 2008, when 80,000 Dutch were in Bern and only a small part of them went into the stadium. The rest was just there for 10 days. The atmosphere was always boisterous and peaceful, simply a football party! I think that has brought the Netherlands extremely many sympathies in Switzerland!
