For me the whole evening was one big deception, except the first 8 minutes. And the cherry on the cake, 2 seconds in extra time.

A final can be anyone's game. England are improving by the game imo. Spain are certainly favourites atm though.
England has been crawling through the eye of the storm for the entire tournament and are extremely lucky to still be in it. I think it's by far the most disappointing favourite of the tournament, next to France.

I don't disagree with you, we went into the tournament without a proper left back and Trippier playing there is totally out of form, it affected our balance badly. We are improving though, and we saw Argentina win the last World Cup after losing to Saudi Arabia first game, and then just staying in with a last gasp goal to beat Mexico ;)
Improving? They were guided into the final after an average match against The Netherlands and undeservedly given a penalty. But imo football has become one of the most boring team sports in the world, with too much overpaid puppets, playing a game of chess on a 100 metre field
