Asunto: Films

Elysium was ok, but I hoped it was a better movie, like District 9 was of this director.

watched Carrie last wednesday (the remake from 2013, not the old one).
It's really a remake from the old one, with some modern touches (youtube, social media) ... so was the decent movie I expected :)

So it's worth watching, good to know :)

I'm now going to watch Iron Man & Hulk: Heroes United (release date: 3 December 2013 :P), I hope this is the right one and hopefully a good movie :)


And I watched Planes (2013) this weekend. Was ok, but not as good as Cars. Even a bit too much a copy of Cars, also the kind of story (without telling to much about the movie itself).

Iron Man & Hulk: Heroes United isn't really good I think, have seen many way better Marvel movies.

Have seen both episodes of Dark Knight returns. Oldschool series too as a child, which were awesome.

I liked The Animatrix also :) Specially the different styles makes it unique.

These are 3 other animations I liked. I have many more in my IMDb rating list, but these are a few that are not that commonly known (or at least not many ratings on IMDb):

Prisoners (2013) best movie this year, one opinion

I just saw it....awesome...very suspenseful and intense

Saw 'the hunger games, catching fire'

better than the first one.
It even gets over 80 on rottentomatoes (which as you may know is insanely high) and I have to say i agree with that.

Pain and Gain - had low hopes on that one, but in the end I quite liked it.

Just watched Anamorph (2007), I liked the movie. Not a great movie but good enough.
