what is the difference between espaňol and español ?

espanol (without "ñ") isn´t correct (in spanish)

the spanish keyboard, have the letter "ñ"
normally, in other language never used the "ñ"

ex:

"Ñandu" (is a animal)
"Niño" ("children" in english)
etc...
