"Taktaka" is probably a misspelled "taktyka", which in Polish means just "tactics".

Germania a jucat in sferturile de finala ale Cupei Mondiale. E o echipa buna cu jucatori foarte buni insa, in opinia mea nu au o tactica perfecta. Deci, exista sansa sa scoatem un rezultat bun. Doar Binder nu poate juca in acest meci din cauza cartonasului rosu. Nu avem accidentari si sper intr-un meci interesant.

"Taktaka" means "tacatá" which is an instrument in order to walk for children and old people.
