no, i wanted to say only that maybe he needed in perfekt. eg my teacher is so, if he required sentences in perfekt, he wouldn't accept in imperfekt ;/

Depends on what do you want to say. But I would prefer the second one.

maybe "im going to train?" "im going to do some training"?

im going on training may work :) without "the the". That just sounds odd.

What does "aufgestanden" mean in German?

"(I) got up"


edit: for example: I got up at 6 (in the morning). Ich bin auf 6 Uhr aufgestanden.

hes not used to, we dont know that. It only says that he did wake up early.

It can also be something like a new star.
- A new star has been risen
risen = aufgestanden

It´s suits better into the context.

Some words have a dubble context. It is maybe better to put a bid of line with it to let others translate.
