Flemish is not a language, we speak Dutch, and that ain't Dutch, it's French. I thing necess stands for necessaire, and that would mean that it's time for the car's regular maintenance. Btw, why would you think your car would 'speak Dutch'? You bought it in Belgium?

yep, that car had had a belgian owner before it came to poland and everything's in that weird language i cannot understand.

We can discuss that, but Flemish isn't a dialect, it's a collection of many dialects. However, take your car to the garage ;-)
