I think he meant: "I´ll give you 600 thousands in my currency(bolivares)" That would be that he´ll give you 600.000 in bolivares, that´s equal to 187.500 dollars or euros. I think the auction already passed that amount.

he meant that he can pay 600 thousand in his currency( venezuelan money). You should check in the assistant how much it is in your currency.
