Hmm most of young people can.. but If you compare Poland and for example Sweden you'll see that very few Polish can speak english:P

And I meant that. Or look at the Netherlands... even old people can speak English very well. In Poland only some young people do because you both know (Airandil and Kniaziu) that some of your friends are poor are not experts in English.

ed: but it's not a place for such a discussion... we're waiting for some other eng-pol/pol-eng problems to solve :)
