In junior league, a team could play 5 or more matches without playing at home.
And if this is not a couple number of teams, one is exempted without match.
And this team could be the same next time! bad carma for sure :-)
Solve these problems is quite simply to program!
Let's count number of match made at home during championship, and when match is choosed, team with less match at home, play at home.
The same for choosing exempted team, let's choose a team never exempted first.
And then ... Let's choose the last in ranking of the championship ?
