Asunto: [Idea] Coaches to TL

When coaches are fired, these should go to the transferlist also for 2 days, like normal transfers, if they are younger as 65. Older coaches should be deleted right away.

Or delete the age of coaches. My coaches don't make sense anymore. Junior coach is 105, the youngest of them all is my assistent, he is 'only' 71 years old.

+1 for firing coaches older than 65 (or 70, why not) when they are again on the market place.

But why not (i've already written that somewhere) make that trainers skills shut down like for players skills when the'rey beginning to be older?
That could make push coaches to fire their own trainer and so ... up to the first Charle's post :-)
It were most realistic ... and the process program already exist for players.

I think I understand but not really sure. You mean skills won't fall anymore?

Now that I think of it, lowering skills doesn't make sence, except for pace and maybe stramina and scoring.

i talk about trainer's skills, not player's skills.
Player's skills already shut down by being older.
