Rules : Ticket price should be in limit 0.25 € to 250 €.

but Ticket price cannot be change by a number with decimals. it is not accepted

Yep. Decimals suddenly stopped being accepted at some point in the ticket prices (they are cut, or the value rounded down to the integer).

I can't recall having seen any announcement or notification, either warning about it or explaining why.

We cannot no more save tickets price, isn'it?

You can, but only round numbers if I'm not mistaken...
