Asunto: Budget unavailable bug

A Belgian manager reported a bug about transfers. He had a bid on a player for 6M, he has +9M on his account but when he wanted to raise his bid straight to 8M he got the message he doesn't have enough funds. Apparently the server doesn't recognise the bidding is for the same player...

Nope...
And to test it he tried it again after he bought the player and could confirm it was a bug...
