Asunto: [BUG] Renamed Team-Name

Team was renamed to Skinwalker Ranch at 2020-12-21
When the name changes, you don't have the data from before! With a transfer that is OK, but a team name should be able to change without any restrictions.

What data are your refering to? Everything remains ()or should in the team's History, and you should be able to access all your old matches, transfers, and office reports with the previous name, as the club is the same.

At least, that's like it was before. Dunno if something could have changed there. Hopefully, they have not mixed the effects of renaming the club with with those of changing the (=resetting & asigning a team to a new) user, where access to the data of the 'old' team was (logically) lost...

Yes, I want to use all the old data from my team. Wants to see developments from the trainings etc.! It's a pity when it gets lost.
At the moment statistics are getting incomplete and you need them in this game to be successful!

BTW:
The game is fully designed for statistics, but you'd rather keep useless data in the system than the relevant ones.: (
In the notes there are so many trusted players, if you clean up there would be plenty of space for the data where you need!

Can You give more specific example what exactly disappears? I am not sure if I understand correctly.

Yes, all previous trainings are no longer visible from every player. In a tool I can laboriously read *.xml files! But in the game itself, this should also be so visible. You work with statistics and can thus promote your success.
Since the team name change should not be a problem.

BTW: Assume that if it is displayed correctly in the system, you no longer have to read an additional * .xml in the tools!

and You have not any gaps in PLUS subscription since the aforementioned team name change?
I mean - did You have PLUS for the whole time?

If approx. 1 week or thus break had between the renewal. whether I have plus or not nothing should change in the system, only in the perception in this time

I think 1 week is enough, but needs someone with better expertise in PLUS. Anyway, was the break in PLUS subscription more or less on that 2020-12-21?
I am asking because we need to confirm if that was caused by team name change or it was due to PLUS subscription break.

It's probably the Plus subscription break! hadn't thought about it anymore. But should not be because everything is on the servers whether plus or not!
