Asunto: [idea] Trainers

I have an idea on how to make the trainers more clear on their functions, since nobody really knows how much those assistants really contribute to the training.

So my suggestion...

Make all 3 assistants equally important as the head coach and give the manager the space to decide which coach will be assigned to which position, since it will be possible to train up to 4 different orders.

So 1 for GK
1 for DEF
1 for MID
and 1 for ATT

This way you can assign your current assistants to 1 specific group and you won't be needing a coach with 8 unearthly skills to be able to train all orders.

Also...I know the age will become important and old(er) coaches will retire, but why not make the most out of it and introduce trainer education?
Make it possible for players to ''learn'' coaching according to their experience and give them a set of random skills but with at least 3 defined skills...

So f.e.

Player x is 36 and has divine experience...

give him 3 divine skills + 36 (the number of his age - easy) random skill points on all other skills!
A learning process will take 1 full season to define the skills distribution.
And then coaches should be able to ''learn'' for as much as they can / need to...

In the example player x is made...with the skill distribution after 1 full season of learning...

outstanding [12] stamina weak [4] keeper
divine [17] pace divine [17] defender
divine [17] technique excellent [10] playmaker
magical [15] passing hopeless [1] striker

Now for the learning AFTER this...
Let them learn for a set of order skills

So f.e.
GK learning = keeper, pace, passing
DEF learning = stamina, pace, defender
MID learning = stamina, playmaker, passing
ATT learning = pace, technique, striker

Each learning process last 1 full season and can improve 1, 2 or 3 skills of the order, according to his results.
And results are dependent on the fee you pay

[100k] basic learning fee = 99% result for 1 skill, 50% for the 2nd skill and 10% for the 3th skill. This means 1 skill will almost always up 1 point, you have 50% chance the 2nd skill will ''up'' and 10% for the 3th skill.
[250k] advanced learning fee = 100% skill 1, 75% skill 2, 30% skill 3
[500k] expert learning fee = 100% skill 1, 90% skill 2, 60% skill 3
[1M] master learning fee = 100% skill 1, 99% skill 2, 99% skill 3

Fun fact...
If your coach has the skills like player x, he will have enough with the basic learning fee to up in DEF, since it's only stamina that will improve
Yet, he might be better of with MID learning, since there you can improve 3 skills.
Once his passing reaches divine, expert learning might be sufficient...

It's a lot, I know, but it will make the training more immersive and it makes money flow out of the game more, so the TL will become accessible for all managers! Even starters...
