Asunto: [idea] Sokker mail

I think that sokker needs an auto mail system for very important messages, changes, updates, did you know that...
While the forum is like a core system for interaction with each other, there's still a larger part of users that doesn't use the forum (often) so they are kept outside all changes, updates, and things they should be made aware of. With an auto mail generator, any admin or dev should be able to write to the entire manager network by a system that gives them the power to mail to ''all users'' in the name of ''Sokker mail''
We should be aware that this will be a great benefit for sokker to increase the immersive feeling for all managers! Imo...A must-have for this game!

Also... need to be send by admins with country lang.

and why not , in the Overview page, a message could be displayed in a headband or in highlighting the newsroom (blinking)
