Asunto: [bug] stadium sector never full, always missing 1 person

So this is a curious one that has been the case ever since I build 5000 'seats under roof' behind one goal. This sector of the stadium never goes full and always is missing exactly one person.
Not really a bug that makes a whole lot of a difference, but it's a weird and annoying thing. And I wonder where it's coming from (other than it being a fan with a season ticket who is booking his place for every game but never shows up).

And this 4999 is always the max in that sector.

Seat reserved for the owner of the team.
Obviously he's not obliged to pay.

Don't know if that's accurate, but at least it would be a trustworthy reason :-)
